The request
You, or your bank, contact the Firm. After review of the property and its location, a fee proposal is sent to you; the letter of engagement sets the framework of the assignment.

Securing your property loan
For any loan secured by a mortgage, the bank requires the property to be valued by an accredited expert. The Firm prepares this report in the format expected by Malagasy credit committees.

The principle
When a loan is secured by a mortgage, the credit institution must know the value of the property that stands as security. The accredited expert’s report enables it to measure this mortgage guarantee before committing, then to monitor it throughout the term of the loan.
The Firm acts on behalf of credit institutions, or at the borrower’s request when their bank requires it.
The process

You, or your bank, contact the Firm. After review of the property and its location, a fee proposal is sent to you; the letter of engagement sets the framework of the assignment.

The expert visits the site and records the floor areas, the construction, the state of repair, the fittings and the surroundings of the property.

Verification of the legal status, study of local market references and application of the methods suited to the property.

Open-market valuation report signed and stamped by the accredited expert, with photographs and a reasoned value, in the format expected by credit committees.

The bank has a reliable value on which to process the file. During the loan, the security can be revalued at its request.
