The time required depends on the complexity of the property and its location. For a standard property in Antananarivo, allow generally between 5 and 15 business days from receipt of the signed letter of engagement and the necessary documents (land title, plans, schedule of condition...). For judicial appraisals, the time limit is set by the court’s order.
Yes, the Firm operates throughout Madagascar — Toamasina, Fianarantsoa, Mahajanga, Toliara, Antsiranana and rural areas. Travel costs are quoted and submitted for approval before any commitment, in accordance with our fee agreement.
