Real-estate appraisal practised since 1990
The Firm supports banks, courts, notaries and private individuals with their real-estate valuation questions.
It carries out its work within the ethical framework of the CAREA, under the personal responsibility of its founder. This continuity of practice brings a precise knowledge of the evolving Malagasy market and of local real-estate case law.
Judicial accreditation
Reports carrying the evidential weight granted to the accredited expert, admissible before the civil and commercial courts of Madagascar.
Technical competence
Significant experience in general construction applied to valuation, allowing the structural reality of properties to be taken into account.

Mortgage guarantee
Valuation of property pledged as mortgage guarantee on behalf of Malagasy credit institutions.

Rental value
Determination of rental value for residential, commercial, industrial and office leases. Lease renewal, setting of eviction indemnities and rent reviews.

Open-market valuation
Determination of the open-market value (market value) of built and unbuilt property, by comparison, income capitalisation and replacement cost.

Judicial appraisal
At the request of the courts, the Courts of Appeal or the Supreme Court: inheritance partitions, divorces, property seizures, expropriations, construction litigation.
