This website does not offer the online sale of goods or services. Accessing and browsing this website constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

8. Fee agreement

The conditions of performance, pricing and liability relating to appraisal services (both private and judicial) are not governed by these Terms of Use. They are governed exclusively by bilateral fee agreements drawn up and accepted prior to any work between Cabinet ExpertImmo and the client (or set upon appointment by the judicial authorities).

The website may contain hypertext links to websites published by third parties (such as partner institutions, official bodies, banks, etc.). Cabinet ExpertImmo exercises no control over the content, accuracy, legality or availability of these third-party websites.
